You Can Now Follow Happy Feels Good On Threads.
Threads is Meta’s brand new social app that’s linked to Instagram.
This is the page ID: @andie_happyfeelsgood.

How Do You Sign Up?
Click the link above to go to and install the app to follow my threads and replies.
For now, you can only use it on your phone (iPhone or Android). It’s not setup for desktop.
Threads is linked to your Instagram account, if you have one. If not, you will need one.
What Does Threads Do?
Threads was released on July 5th (2023), so it is still in its infancy.
The basics are there for us to get set up on and establish ourselves. However, the bells and whistles have not been put in place yet.
These will trickle out through updates and version releases like every other app.
Threads works a bit like Twitter does. Out of the gate, Threads has a few differences that are nice, such as:
Threads allows you 500 character per post. That’s 44% more than Twitter’s 280 (unless you pay monthly to be verified).
Threads allows you to post videos that are 5 minutes long versus Twitter’s 2 minute 20 second limit (unless you pay monthly to be verified).
How Do I Network Or Get Followers On Threads?
The wonderful thing about having an Instagram account attached is that you already are connected to Instagram’s huge community. You’re not going into Threads on empty. You’re preloading it with contacts. That’s a huge hurdle already taken care of.
The Threads/Instagram community has more than 2 billion users. Then you still have your 250 million Twitter users.
Threads is built on the same social networking protocol as many other social media apps. This means that eventually Threads will give you the ability to interact with a larger community beyond Instagram.
This is essential for people that network and use social media to build followings.
And the bonus is that, for the time being, there are no ads. Yep, you read that right. They launched ad-free.
This All Sounds Good To Me!
More improvements will be coming, I’m sure, for Threads to be able to compete with the Twitter verse.
In the meantime, I’m not giving up on Twitter just yet, or ever.
But I am excited to have the opportunity to spread happiness to more people.
